Kevin Quan obtained his BEng degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1995. He is also a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in Singapore.
He began his career as an Engineer in the Chief Civil Engineer’s Office, of the Public Works Department in July 1995. He was involved in structural, civil and geotechnical works, including piled foundations and earth retaining system for various structures. He was also the design engineer and resident engineer for the foundation works of several major project in Singapore, including the MHA HQ building at Irrawaddy Road and Changi Prison Complex.
From 1995 to 2001, he had been concurrently involved in engineering consultancy, giving him the opportunity to work together with various developers, contractors and other associated consultants, and have a clear understanding of testing, investigations and instrumentation activities from the perspective of the various parties. From 2001 to 2009, he managed the technical operation of CPG Laboratories, which includes testing in the area of Materials, Construction Materials, Pavement, Geotechnical, Structural Steel NDT, Structural Steel Inspections, Soil Investigation, Instrumentation and Site Testing.
Currently, Kevin is a Director of Ground Instrumentation & Engineering Pte Ltd and GIE Foundation Pte Ltd, overseeing the technical operations which involves geotechnical and structural investigations, instrumentation (including automated and real time monitoring particularly for MRT structures) and micropiling / ground anchor /soil nail works.
Aside from this role, He is also a Director of GIE Foundation Pte Ltd.
Mr. Mohiuddin
MOHIUDDIN AHAMAD
Director
Graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology with bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and holds a M Engineering (Soil) from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).
Mohuiddin previously worked as a geotechnical engineer in Rashid Geotechnical Engineers, Riyadh Saudi Arabia from 1991 to 1995. He was involved in foundation design and geotechnical engineering works for several projects such as airports, high rise building, palace, courts and estates in Saudi Arabia.
Mohiuddin started his career in Singapore as a Senior Civil Engineer in Sep 1997 and worked for AL Technologies (S) Pte Ltd. He also worked for Fugro Singapore Pte Ltd and CPG Laboratories Pte Ltd. He has been actively involved in geotechnical and structural investigations in many projects in Singapore both in onshore, offshore and nearshore projects. His works scope included Site Management, quality and Technical Control of Site Investigation, Ground instrumentation and Monitoring, on site and technical control of pile installation, Ground improvement works. Mr. Mohiuddin was actively engaged on deriving pile driving criteria for many projects in Jurong Island and elsewhere in Singapore, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Currently, Mohiuddin is a Director of Ground Instrumentation & Engineering Pte Ltd and GIE Foundation Pte Ltd. He brings to this role more than 30 years of extensive engineering experience in geotechnical (onshore and offshore) and structural investigations. He played a significant role in the development and success of the company over the years.
Mr. Bala
RAMASAMY BALASUBRAMANIAN

He possesses nearly 30 years of unparalleled experience working on a variety of geotechnical and environmental investigations, structural assessment, instrumentation and monitoring projects in Singapore and Overseas.
Mr. Bala started his carrier in Singapore with Oyo Singapore, one of the leading Geotechnical Consulting firms in Singapore. He has also worked with CPG Laboratories Pte. Ltd. He has completed numerous projects in Singapore and Overseas; Malaysia, Indonesia, Guam (USA), East Timor, Solomon Island, India, Bangladesh and Republic of Palau.
As Operations Director of Ground Instrumentation & Engineering Pte Ltd, he played an integral role in leading the operational performance of the company, managing all aspects of the projects and providing engineering support to the Operations Teams.
Aside from this role, He is also a Director of GIE Foundation Pte Ltd.Mr. Bijunath
